The glisten of sunshine on the water, the dappled green of the trees: when you’re in the cottage, you are surrounded by natural beauty. And you want to take full advantage of it even when the windows are closed.
To do that, every part of the windows needs professional cleaning attention: the glass, of course, but also the frames, the tracks, the screens, and every other component, explains Jonathan Barnard of Dreamview Window Cleaning.
Jonathan and his wife Simone founded the local small business, which offers full-service, detailed window cleaning services. They understand this level of detail requires planning and preparation as well as execution.
Jonathan explains the process of getting windows to an exceptional level of clean begins with a detailed examination of the surrounding area: they determine the safest and best locations to work from and pick which equipment they will use before they start cleaning.
“The next step is to go to each window to dust away webs and remove loose debris,” he says. “It takes a little extra time but doing that before I start to clean the glass prevents those loose pieces from causing issues and sets us up to achieve the best results.”
Loyal following
Using only the highest quality cleaning products and equipment, the Dreamview team’s mission is to leave the home or cottage looking better than when they arrived.
This has helped them build a loyal client base that continues to grow, along with the business’s reputation for quality, integrity, service, and results. Having a laser-focused attention to detail and being a local business that is only a phone call away has helped them become the go-to company for those in the know.
“We have a longtime client who sold their cottage and recommended us to the new owners, who have now also become regular clients,” says Simone. “We’re now looking after our original clients at their new cottage and still cleaning the windows at the old cottage.”
They make a point of always informing their clients who will be doing the work at their properties well in advance: many property owners love the fact that one of the partners will be on site.
“That’s feedback we’ve heard time and again from our clients,” says Jonathan. “They really appreciate knowing who and how many people will be on the job. Plus, there is a peace-of-mind in knowing that one of us will be there doing the work alongside our small and friendly crew.”
From start to finish, the process of getting every detail right is what leads to the most outstanding views.
