Jeffrey will then scour the listings and attend previews for his clients, looking for elements that go unseen in an online listing. “Online listings can be extremely useful, but they can also hide important elements.”
Jeffrey grew up in Horseshoe Valley and spent summers in Muskoka with a family that owns a construction, property and project management business. “I helped to build, maintain and manage properties before I ever got into real estate. I can quickly gauge how much work my clients would need to put into a property, if they choose to buy or sell.”
