Changing the client-builder relationship, one build at a time

Ryan Gradziel and Tyler Brown embrace the challenge and joy of producing a home or cottage that exceeds owners’ imagination and delight. This goes well beyond floorplans and fixtures. To them, it’s imperative their clients enjoy the journey of designing and building their custom home or cottage from start to finish.

Their plan, design, and build process has several proven steps to ensure a smooth and efficient project. “We work incredibly closely with our clients to design and construct a custom home or cottage that stays true to needs, budgets, and lifestyles,” says Ryan. “From walking together with owners on the perfect plot of land to stepping through the finished front door, we redefine the custom home-building experience and make the process transparent, exciting, and fulfilling for all parties.”

Their process includes the initial consultation, property evaluations, conceptual design, detailed design, client approval, budgeting and cost determination phase, legalities and construction timelines, the construction phase, quality control, completion and handover, and then post-construction support.

Both Ryan and Tyler have a unique background working as instructors at Humber College in the construction program. There’s no doubt that they bring their teaching toolbox to the job site every day, empowering them with precision timing, and the utmost accountability. They remain adept at staying on point, which has helped them build a reputation for meeting their predicted timelines. All of which has them finishing projects months faster than other builders working on similar-sized builds.

“We’re always communicating and keeping the project moving forward until we’re ready to give the owners the keys and beyond,” says Tyler. “We maintain our relationships with our clients long after construction is done to help guide them through post-construction maintenance and care. We like to think we become family.”

Ryan and Tyler are encouraging those wanting a custom home or cottage to start planning now in order to build next year – get to the front of the line today!
